terms and conditions for use of image and data materials of the company KARLIE

I. general information
1. By signing the receipient agrees to the following conditions for use of image and data materials of the company KARLIE.
2. Image and data materials subject to these conditions are products like photographes, images and texts, created in any technical form or medium and which are intellectual and factual property of the company KARLIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH, D-33181 Haaren.

II. copyright
1. The copyright on images and data is hold by KARLIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH.
2. The image and data material which the company KARLIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH makes available is for authorised use by the intended receipient only. A passing on to a third party is subject to a separate agreement.
3. The right to use of image and data material will only be transferred to the receipient when the receipient has paid completely the corresponding fee, if agreed.
4. The user of the image and data material is not entitled to reproduce or to disseminate the material unless the corresponding right to use has been transferred to him.
5. The company KARLIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH has the right to demand to be identified as author when using the image and data material.

III. liability
1. The shipment of the image and data material is carried out at user's risk and expense. He is responsible that the image or data carrier, which is property of the comapny KARLIE Heimtierbedarf GmbH, will be sent back. Otherwise the user will be charged for it. 
2. Complaints about obvious faults (damaged, missing data/images, etc.) have to be asserted within two weeks after receipt.
